Don't be to cool to suit up in the starter gear. The free stuff. Sometimes the match up will be ridiculously one sided. A complete massacre by one team. Teams quit pretty quickly lately. By that, I mean they just give up. And you cannot win alone...

Anyone else finding their team just giving up? Just totally rolling over and letting the other team have the whole map? Running off to the edges of the map and hiding? This is leaving aside the ones hiding in the MCC, and those that simply vanish....
